Is Jyotiraditya Scindia candidate of CM from Congress in MP Elections 2013

This is new server.

Rumors spreading in internal leadership of Indian National Congress that Jyotiraditya Scindia will be  candidate of Chief Minister in upcoming Madhya Pradesh election later this year. He is currently working as the Power Minister in Government of India and one of the most youngest minister in current Government. He is also considered as close with Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

Congress didn’t want to repeat their mistake of not declaring Chief Minister candidate in the assembly election which they have done in the earlier Assembly elections like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh (UP) and recently in Gujarat state. In these states, they haven’t declared CM candidate. It is the most important and plus point for the opposite party like Bhartiya Janta Party and others who have declared their CM candidate and won so many seats. Congress has also declared their candidate of Chief Minister seat in Himachal Pradesh and gained power again from BJP.

Some Congress party leaders has also shied away from projecting Jyotiraditya as CM candidate due to so many other candidates like two time Chief Minister of MP Mr. Digvijay Singh, eighth time MP Kamalnath and Arjun Singh’s son Ajeya Singh. So, it is also tough situation for Congress to select their Chief minister candidate for the Madhya Pradesh Elections 2013.
